Chasing Ongoing Non-Urgent referrals

We will no longer be taking requests to chase ongoing non-urgent referrals over the phone, email or through our online form.

To check on your referral at St. Peter's Hospital, you can contact the Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals Appointment Centre by calling 01784 884351 or emailing asp-tr.appointment.centre@nhs.net

To check your referral at Royal Surrey County Hospital: Call 01483 571122 to be directed to the correct department or booking team listed on your GP referral letter

For Kingston Hospital, contact the main hospital Switchboard: Call 020 8546 7711 and ask to be connected to the specific specialty or department handling your referral
